About Me
Hi, I’m Dawn, your pilates instructor
Hi, I’m Dawn. I believe everyone can find strength and confidence through movement. My passion for Pilates began as a personal journey to find relief from lower back pain, and I’m now dedicating my career to helping others discover its transformative power.
I am certified in floor and reformer Pilates through Breathe Education. Having worked in other studios for over a year, I decided to open my own here in Redding.
Firefly Studio is a welcoming place for beginners or more advanced students as we teach in easy to understand layers. When I’m not in studio you can find me in the Pickleball courts or Hiking a new trail. I can’t wait to welcome you to Firefly.
